I get great pleasure from snapping and processing what I see as I walk around. I have said this before, but I repeat it today because I have once more encountered great pleasure in my walking around the city of Liverpool today.
Cities are gorgeous environments: they provide an infinite number of images and glances and women and men walking and striding and kissing and embracing, and laughing and generally just being joyful.
Sometimes getting pissy too: the humans that we are … well, we are after all human.
And children in their grand innocence teach us to remember how to enjoy the play that once belonged to us all. And the cityscapes – if watched and observed in good faith – return us to this age of play. And they make us truly happy.
